1. Services

  • Once a service is rendered, it is considered final and non-refundable.
  • If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to contact our team immediately so we can address your concerns and offer corrective solutions where appropriate.

2. Packages and Treatment Plans

  • Prepaid packages and treatment plans are non-refundable once purchased.
  • In special cases, partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Divine Hair Skin & Laser for unused sessions, subject to a deduction for services already provided and administrative charges.

3. Product Purchases

  • Products purchased from our clinic can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Appointment cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge or forfeiture of one session from your prepaid package.

5. Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process are the responsibility of the client.
